Day 228 – Day Off
As the Summer holidays continue, and hopefully the weather stays warm (it is whislt I’m writing these notes!) I hope you are enjoying the rest and downtime of the break we’re having.
As you read this, I’ll be on a boat in Scotland, enjoying sailing from island to island. Please be praying that this trip won’t be affected too much by the virus.
This week, we’re looking at the book of Ezra. I’ve added a link to the video clip below but as a quick overview, the events in Ezra took place 400-600 years before Jesus. It’s at the point in time when the people have returned to the Promised Land from exile. The main theme is faithfulness to God both in keeping law and worship. I hope you enjoy reading through it and find it encouraging in building your faithfulness with God.
